Responsibilities

User will be liable for damages that Paraíso may suffer from breaching the obligations arising from these standards.

The imposition of administrative punishment or compensation of any kind, due to  administrative resolution, judicial judgment conviction or transaction agreement in case the user breach any assumed commitment, obliges the user to reimburse to Paraíso the due amount, in the period of 30 calendar days, to count from the written notification received from Paraíso.
